Rosso Ragù

 Our signature arancino: filled with slow-cooked beef ragù, green peas, and mozzarella, wrapped in saffron rice and coated in a golden crust. Bold, satisfying, and exactly what you expect from real Sicilian street food.

Burro & Prosciutto

Soft, creamy, simply comforting.

A silky mix of cooked ham, melted cheese, and béchamel, encased in buttery rice and a crisp shell. Delicate in flavor but rich in comfort—this is the arancino you didn’t know you needed.

Norma (Vegetarian)

Spinach & Mozzarella (Vegetarian)

Focacce – Local Bread, Italian Soul


Freshly baked in Maastricht, filled with flavor.

Our focacce are handcrafted using soft, aromatic bread made daily by Chris Micro Bakery—a small, local oven in Maastricht we proudly collaborate with. Each one is filled with simple, high-quality ingredients—some directly from Sicily, like our signature pistachio pesto—bringing together local craftsmanship and Italian inspiration.

Perfect for lunch, takeaway, or anytime you crave something wholesome, warm, and satisfying.


Taormina

A bold and balanced classic.

 Prosciutto crudo, tomato slices, cheese, arugula, extra virgin olive oil, and oregano—served warm inside soft focaccia. A satisfying bite where freshness meets saltiness.

Catania (Vegetarian)

Light, fresh, and full of flavor.

This veggie combo layers juicy tomatoes, melted cheese, peppery arugula, olive oil, and a sprinkle of oregano. No meat, just clean Mediterranean taste.

Bronte

Pistachio, mortadella, and pure indulgence.
